The Gibco CTS OpTmizer One Serum-Free Medium (SFM) is an animal-origin-free (AOF) formulation designed for clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing to deliver increased scalability and performance of T-cell expansion. The medium delivers high cell viability and improved growth while maintaining the early memory T-cell phenotype. Additionally, the formulation helps mitigate risk by reducing opportunities for contamination or inconsistency inherent to animal-origin components. Vacuum Provides High Performance with Inherently Safe Design
The PowerQUAD pneumatic vacuum’s novel design features a dual-stage vacuum, multi-venturi-generating engine that produces higher vacuum head and flow than alternative technologies. The vacuum is powered by compressed air, which improves its reliability and safety. It requires 71% less compressed air than comparable systems, reducing process costs. Without the need for electric cords or motors, this vacuum features an inherently safe design that can be used in hazardous or wet environments. Operating at less than 88 dBA, this vacuum is quieter than most comparable vacuums on the market.

Wobble Plate Pumps Transfer Viscous Fluids
Wobble plate pumps use a wobble plate to actuate pistons, giving them the ability to move difficult-to-flow materials. The TR series of wobble plate pumps is capable of pumping up to 30,000 L of highly viscous liquids per hour, including oils, lubricants, varnish, sealants, and silicones. The series includes three model sizes, with the smallest being the TR015, which has a 3-kW motor and 10-bar pumping pressure, and the largest being the TR080, which has a 7.5-kW motor and a 15-bar pumping pressure.

The CLAWVAC CP B dry claw vacuum pump uses stainless steel claws and a coated and corrosion-resistant vacuum chamber to provide low-maintenance performance across a wide range of hazardous or demanding applications. Compressor Is Suitable for Large Industrial Heat Pumps
In industrial applications, heat pumps provide a sustainable alternative to traditional gas boilers, as they eliminate on-site carbon emissions. The BOCK HGX56 CO2 T is a six-cylinder semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor for natural and low-global-warming-potential (GWP) refrigerants that is designed for large-capacity industrial heat pumps. This unit achieves water temperatures up to 90°C. The compressor’s large size reduces the number of equivalent smaller compressors required for large industrial heat pumps, refrigeration, and district heating systems.

Sensor Integrates Adjustable Timer
The M30 capacitive sensor has a built-in adjustable timer from 30 sec to 10 min, granting operators more control over bulk storage tank filling cycles. The housing is IP67-rated watertight and dust-resistant. The sensor is flush-mounted and capable of both in-contact and contactless sensing through plastic or glass vessels. The 20-turn potentiometer allows accurate adjustments of the sensing range from 2 mm to 20 mm. The sensor operates on 20–250 V AC/DC and can work at temperatures up to 70°C.

Helium Leak Testing Devices Maintain Process Purity
Helium leak tests are crucial for maintaining purity in semiconductor manufacturing, as well as solar cell and flat panel display production. Three intelligent technologies, the Smart-Spray, I•Boost, and Spray-Check, have been added to the manufacturer’s line of helium quality assurance products. Now, Green Steel Stainless+ offers competitive mechanical properties and heat and corrosion resistance while being made with over 95% recycled material. The manufacturer’s electric arc furnace (EAF) technology converts scrap and post-consumer material into a steel with 75% lower Scope 3 emissions and a carbon footprint of around 1.0 tCO2e per ton of steel supplied. The ShieldON EcoSeries of nitrile gloves is a sustainable alternative to traditional single-use gloves in medical, laboratory, and industry applications. These gloves include organic additives that attract microbes that naturally disintegrate the material, degrading up to 67% in landfills after 23 months and leaving only biogas, water, and inert soil. The series features EcoBlue, EcoGreen, and EcoBlack gloves and provides the same necessary durability and resistance as comparable alternatives. The gloves are Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved and meet American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D5526 and ASTM D5511 standards for biodegradability and performance.
