The session will recognize the recipient of the Management Division's Young Leader Award for 2024. The session will include a presentation by the 2024 recipient, Dr. Polina Ware, and additional speakers. Dr. Ware'spresentation is focused on the human-centric organizational aspects of embedding Generative AI into technology enterprises. Including, effective management of this transformation for stakeholders at all levels, from the C-suite to the operational teams., highlighting the substantial value that Generative AI brings to organizations, such as enhanced innovation, improved efficiency, and competitive advantage and potential challenges with implementation.
