Keith Joseph is the Director of Education and Workforce Development at the RAPID (Rapid Advancement in Process Intensification Deployment) Manufacturing Institute, one of the seventeen Manufacturing USA Institutes, leading the development of new technologies for decarbonization for the chemical process industries. Keith leads the implementation and growth of RAPID's education and workforce development programs, including – eLearning courses and webinars on modular chemical process intensification technologies; RAPID's student intern program; RAPID's ChemE Cube Competition; and RAPID’s K-12 program, NumberUp. 

Previously, Keith worked with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, focused on the development of distinct communities for new and emerging technologies in chemical engineering. In this role, Keith supported the launch of the Center for Hydrogen Safety (CHS) in April 2019 and organized several conferences within the US and internationally. 

Keith Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union in New York, NY.
