Special Issue
There will be a Special Issue in Powder Technology for excellent work presented at Fluidization XVII, courtesy of Professor LS Fan and the Board of Powder Technology. Participants who have presented their work at the conference are welcome to submit an article. Manuscripts need to present significant progress in the fundamentals or applications of fluidization technology, related to work that authors have presented at the conference.

To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue you are editing, it is important that authors select VSI:Fluidization XVII when they reach the “Article Type” step in the submission process. The deadline for submissions is 15 October 2023.
Fluidization XVII will aim to bridge fundamental research and emerging applications of fluidization for novel fluidization technologies. The 17th iteration of this conference will bring together world renowned experts in the field. With a long established tradition, this series of conferences has been held all over the world tackling challenges and successes with the design and operation of fluidized beds and similar fluid-particle systems. This conference will continue to connect academic and industrial communities to address the challenges for the future of fluidization technology.
