Thanks to generous contributions from donors worldwide, the AIChE Foundation provides funding for impactful programs that support AIChE’s mission and promote the advancement of the chemical engineering profession, today and in the future.
Our Mission
Founded in 1990 as the philanthropic arm of AIChE, the AIChE Foundation supports programs that enable AIChE and its members to be a positive force for change through the safe and responsible practice of chemical engineering.
How We Work
The AIChE Foundation is governed by the Board of Trustees, with fiduciary responsbility held by the AIChE Board of Directors. The Foudation Executive Committee is the connector between the Trustees and the Board. The Foundation's Bylaws offer more detail into how we operate.
