Future Faculty Mentoring
The AIChE Education Division runs a Future Faculty Mentoring Program, where experienced faculty give back to the community by preparing future faculty (senior graduate student or post-doc) to join the professorate. The formal mentoring lasts about one academic year starting at the Annual Meeting and continues informally after mentees start their own academic careers.
