Min had his PH.D in Auburn University and joined in Dow from Feb 2016. He is currently a Reactive Chemical subject matter expert (RC/SEM) in Dow Chemical Company. RC/SEM provides consultation, testing, safe handle guidance and incident investigation to R&D labs and Production plants globally. Basically for the safety purpose, His group need to forecast the potential hazards based on the structure, determine the proper tests to determine the hazards and interpret the testing result to safe handle guidance and lead the investigation and root cause identification of any RC incidents in DOW by analysis tools, testing and simulating the incidents.
