Renowned Leaders Share Insights at Delaware Local Section Event

Nearly 200 guests convened in the Lincoln Hall of the Union League in Philadelphia at the Delaware Valley Local Section’s (DVS) annual CEO Dinner, which included a fireside chat between Raj Gupta, former Chairman and CEO of Rohm and Haas and Ed Breen, Executive Chairman and CEO of DuPont, as well as celebration of Ryan Mowers, the 2024 Young Chemical Engineer of the Year DVS, and Zenaida Otero-Gephardt, the 2024 Chemical Engineer of the Year DVS.

Following the fireside chat, Zenaida Otero-Gephardt, Emeritus Professor - Rowan University and an AIChE Foundation Trustee, shared with guests her appreciation for the award and her commitment to developing and nurturing emerging talent. As a Co-Chair of the Foundation Grants Committee she, along with a dedicated committee, ensures the impact of every dollar to the Doing of a World of Good fund is thoughtfully invested in projects that attract and retain the best and brightest and support education and career development.
