Erin Kane
Erin Kane is president and chief executive officer of AdvanSix, an American chemistry company that plays a critical role in global supply chains, innovating and delivering essential products that touch people’s lives in a wide variety of end markets and applications. Erin has a passion for leveraging the power of chemistry and engineering to solve the world’s most daunting challenges and enable our customers’ greatest opportunities.
Erin led the spin-off of AdvanSix into an independent, NYSE-listed public company in 2016, and has guided the company through its expansion into a diversified chemistry company. Prior to her current role at AdvanSix, Erin spent more than a decade in advancing commercial and leadership roles at Honeywell, including serving as vice president and general manager of Honeywell Resins and Chemicals. A proud alumnus of Bucknell University, Erin began her career with process engineering and Six Sigma at Kvaerner Process and Elementis Specialties, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Erin’s unique background provides her with in-depth industry knowledge in engineering technology, health safety and environmental matters, operational excellence as well as executive management. Erin has extensive experience in board and governance matters and also serves as a member of the board of directors for AdvanSix, The Chemours Company, the American Chemistry Council, and as an executive committee member for the Manufacturers Alliance.
